We call you on the phone number you give at checkout to confirm each order, the delivery charge and the expected delivery date before dispatch.

Any delivery fee is shown in your cart before you order. Bulk and distributor orders are quoted separately.

Address changes can only be made if you call us within 2 hours of placing your order and before it is processed.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Special shipping arrangements can be made for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team.
